Our small choir of adult women and men singers generally sings at Sunday morning services and special holiday events during the Easter and Christmas seasons. In the past, we have also performed at special musical events and for other churches in the area. Judges 5:3
Who Can Be in the Choir?
We do not audition members for this choir, and both Church members and friends are welcomed to join with us. Our only expectations of new members are a desire to sing with a group, an ability to match pitch (if you can sing a familiar hymn or tune, you can match pitch), and willingness to learn. Experienced singers or musicians are also encouraged to join us; your experience will be invaluable as our choir continues to grow in size, range and ability.
What Is the Choir's Schedule?
Currently, our performances are seasonal starting around October and running through May for the Easter season. Here is a link to our 2010 Fall Schedule.
When Does the Choir Practice?
The choir is part of this Church's general mission of religious education, mutual support, and search for authentic expression. Rehearsals are from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesdays during this season. For more information, please e-mail Don Moreaux, choir director.
